Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

About Workshop

This workshop focuses on equipping educators with the understanding and tools to integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into everyday teaching practices. SEL is at the heart of meaningful education—it helps students manage emotions, build healthy relationships, make responsible decisions, and develop empathy. The session explores the five core competencies of SEL (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making) and how to embed them seamlessly into classroom culture and curriculum.
