Educated at premier institutions, Anvita brings over two decades of experience in the education sector, including a decade in leadership roles at leading international day and day-cum-residential schools. Her expertise extends across various educational frameworks, notably as an IB PYP and DP Evaluation Leader, a role in which she has assessed schools both in India and internationally. Anvita's academic credentials include a Certification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School, equipping her with advanced strategic insights into school administration. Additionally, she is a certified Leadership and Life Coach, blending her extensive educational background with a passion for fostering personal and professional growth. Her holistic approach to education consultancy aims to empower schools, educators, and students to reach their highest potential.

Shubhanjali Mukherjee is a seasoned Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience. She has served as a senior school counselor at prestigious institutions including Step By Step, The Shiv Nadar School, and The British School. With a focus on well-being, child safety, and protection, Shubhanjali excels in developing and implementing programs that enhance the well-being of all school stakeholders.
She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Ambedkar University Delhi, a Master’s Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Indian American Psychoanalytical Alliance, and a Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Delhi University. Reena is an esteemed educationist with over 25 years of experience in Pre-primary and Primary School Education. She is the founder and principal of well-known Pre- Schools. As a certified trainer in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Play Way, Value-Based Education, and the PYP, Reena is recognized for her expertise in early childhood education. She is also a master trainer for developing leadership skills in educational leaders. Currently, she is working on integrating the Cambridge curriculum and the UK-based IEYC into her schools.
Reena has also been honoured as the Best Global Leader by ACE International Academy in Singapore. She has also been featured in "Woman of Substance" magazine by St. Mother Theresa University for her achievements in early childhood education.
