Setting the Stage for Learning

About the Talk Show

The Journey from Teaching to Educating!

On 26th September, GSBA hosted an enriching online talk show featuring two eminent voices in education—Mrs. Paramjit Kaur Narang, Former Head of Vasant Valley School and Founder Director of Pathways School Gurgaon, and Ms. Anvita Gupta, Founder of GSBA Consultancy.

Titled “Setting the Stage for Learning: The Journey from Teaching to Educating”, the conversation delved deep into what it truly means to educate beyond textbooks. With warmth, experience, and thoughtful reflection, Mrs. Narang shared stories from her decades-long journey—stories that underscored how small acts of empathy, understanding, and connection shape the lives of children far more than curriculum ever could.

This talk show invited educators, parents, and stakeholders in education to reimagine their roles—not just as instructors, but as compassionate facilitators of growth. It served as a powerful reminder that while teaching delivers knowledge, educating touches lives.
